Perimenopause

It can be a confusing time for women. Your body is going through a big hormonal shift that can cause a wide array of symptoms which can vary from person to person. I’ll work with you to help develop strategies and lifestyle changes to help alleviate and manage symptoms during this time

Postmenopause

Your hormonal levels have adjusted to a new normal. Decreased estrogen levels cause increased risk of osteoporosis, decreased strength, and risk of falling. Together, we’ll create a personalized exercise program tailored to increase strength and balance so you can continue to do the activities you love.

Strength Training

New to strength training or exercise in general? Have a nagging injury/pain? Limited time or crazy hours at work? Together we can create a plan of action that you will actually stick to and take into account YOUR life and YOUR needs.
